The 70 m2 apartment is located in a modern residential building in a quiet location (cul-de-sac) near the old town of Medulin. It consists of a large, bright living area with a balcony overlooking the sea, as well as a loggia, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Various beaches can be reached on foot in 20-30 minutes. Medulin is known for the gently sloping sandy beach of Bijeca and is characterized by its diverse beaches and offshore islands, which can be reached by taxi boats. Not far from Medulin is the Cape Kamenjak Nature Reserve with more beaches, rocks and caves and crystal clear water. Pula with its charming old town and its lively market and good infrastructure is only 8 km away.

Wegen guter Erfahrung im letzten Jahr wieder gebucht!

Wie auch letztes Jahr alles wieder OK! Alles da, was man braucht, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien, etc.. Wir haben die Wohnung wieder gebucht da alles gepasst hat und wir nicht unbedingt etwas anderes suchen wollten mit unbekannten Status. Gerne wieder!

Very bright and well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view

The apartment is a little further from the centre but in a very quiet area. It is very well equipped, very bright with a view of the sea and the vegetation and the owner is very pleasant.

Gut, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung auf FeWo-direkt. Vom Balkon & Wohnzimmer aus, hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Von der Ferienwohnung aus konnte man das Meer in 20 min. zu Fuß, ein sehr gutes familiäres Restaurant, konnte man in 7 min. zu Fuß eine Bäckerei war in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut, sie war sehr freundlich. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, war sehr gut. Da wir am Tag der Anreise einen großen Stau hatten, sind wir erst spät angekommen. Nach einen kurzen Telefonat mit der Agentur, hatte der Mitarbeiter extra auf uns gewartet. Er ist dann mit uns zu der Ferienwohnung gefahren, hat uns alles gezeigt & alles erklärt. Er hatte dann auch noch ein paar Reisetipps für uns, da wir nur 1 Woche in Kroatien waren. Die Ferienwohnung kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Appartement ist im Dachgeschoss mit einer großen Fensterfront und in der Ferne sieht man das Meer. Leider ist rundherum eine Baustelle, es werden viele neue Wohnblöcke gebaut. Zu Neujahr war es ruhig, da nicht gebaut wurde. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug (6 Treppen). Im Appartement ist die Küche gut ausgestattet, sonst ist alles eher spartanisch. Das Sofa ist komplett kaputt und löst sich bereits auf. Es ist kein Vergnügen hier abends Fernsehen zu schauen. Das Bett knarzt schrecklich und die Matratzen sind schrecklich weich. Wir haben hier sehr an schlecht geschlafen. Im Winter kann man die Wohnung mit der Klimaanlage gut heizen. Leider ist der gesamte Bau sehr hellhörig, man hört sogar den Nachbarn auf der Toilette, und der hat sicher uns gehört. Die Lage ist ok, man ist schnell auf Wanderwegen und zum Meer sind es zu Fuss nur 20 Minuten den Berg runter, den muss man aber auch wieder hinauf. Für uns steht fest das wir dieses Appartement nicht mehr mieten werden.

Sommertime in Croatia

Das Apartment war gut beschrieben und deckte sich mit unseren Erfahrungen. An sehr heißen Tagen ist die Klimaanlage ein wenig schwach. Abschließend können wir es allerdings nur empfehlen dort hinzufahren.
