This family home is located near the Grenettes beach (900 metres) and shops and market (1500 metres away) in a quiet environment.



The villa is single-storey is functional and comfortable.

The villa has a heated and secure swimming pool measuring 8 metres x 4 metres (24m2) with a depth of 1.5 metres.

The house has 1 secure private parking space.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré in the best possible conditions!



The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.



The accommodation tax is not included.



The security deposit of an amount of £500 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
