Charming, comfortable apartment, ideally located in the Turche district, in a new, peaceful residence. Quiet setting. Close to the slopes and trails, the perfect place for a relaxing stay in the mountains, summer or winter. Sleeps 2 people.

- A living room with open kitchen, facing south-east, with access to the balcony (sofa does not convert into a bed)
- A bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a built-in wardrobe.
- A functional bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin and towel dryer
- A separate toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen with built-in microwave/oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine with dryer, Internet, TV, outdoor furniture, clothes horse.

1 private ski locker on the ground floor
SERVICES INCLUDED IN WINTER AND SUMMER:
