Charming flat in the legendary Les Gets residence! The duplex flat on the 6th floor (without lift) sleeps 6 comfortably, and comprises a large living room with access to the balcony from which you can admire the sublime view of the ski area, a fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room, a sleeping area on the first floor, as well as a shower room and a bathroom with bath and separate WC. Bed linen and towels not provided. Public car park with private parking space.

Located on the top floor of the residence, accessible by stairs, the flat is as follows:

- Living room with sofa, dining area for 6 people, TV with blue ray and smart box TV
- Fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- South-facing balcony with magnificent views of the ski area

First floor:
- Landing with wardrobe and double bed (140 x 190)
- Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and bunk bed (90 x 190)
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer

- Quiet residence close to the town centre
- Local shops: butcher, baker, supermarket, restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling alley
- All of Les Gets is within walking distance of the residence

Activities
The flat is located in a winter and summer resort.
- In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, dog-sleigh rides, hiking, sledging...
- In summer: mountain biking on Europe's longest trails, tennis, paragliding, microlighting...
- The residence also has a free private tennis court.

Transport

- Free shuttle service during school holidays just a few metres from the residence.

IMPORTANT, these services must be booked 1 week before your arrival and requested preferably by e-mail. If they are requested on the day of your arrival, a supplement of 42€ will be applied for travel to obtain them.
