Charming apartment in the legendary Les Gets residence! The duplex apartment on the 6th floor (no elevator) comfortably sleeps 6, and comprises a large living room with access to the balcony from which you can admire the sublime view of the ski area, a fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room, a sleeping area on the first floor, as well as a shower room and a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Linen and towels are not included. Public parking lot with private parking space.

Located on the top floor of the residence, accessible by stairs, the apartment is as follows:

The apartment is located in a winter and summer resort.
- In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, dog-sledding, hiking, tobogganing...
- In summer: mountain biking on Europe's longest trails, tennis, paragliding, microlighting...
- The residence also has a free private tennis court.

- Work is being carried out by the municipality outside the building to facilitate access using a funicular railway. The work is scheduled for completion at the end of February 2026.
