Beautifully updated home located 2 miles from Lake Moraine and 4 miles from Colgate University. Feels like you are tucked away in the woods on almost 2 acres of property. Excellent all the way around

Let me just start by saying how amazing the hosts were. We had no where to stay and were in desperate need of a place. The hosts were extremely accommodating and worked with us. As if that wasn’t enough, they had the heater turned on for us when we got there, made sure we knew where everything was, had everything clearly labeled and overall had EXCELLENT communication with us the entire time. The house was just as described. It was clean, stocked with all the basics, the beds were super comfortable, and cozy, and the living space was just right. Our daughter attends Colgate and the location was great! We HIGHLY recommend this house and will surely be looking to stay in the future.

Enchanting

This is an enchanting property. Inside you will have everything you need. Very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Outside is beautiful morning and night. It is only a 10 minute drive to Colgate University and the Village of Hamilton. The only slight issue is the well water can put off a smell. We opened the windows and it helped. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. We would stay again.

Beautiful Home

This home was extremely clean and had everything you would need for your stay. It was quiet and spacious. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend booking this home for your stay.

Short Weekend Away

House is SO beautiful and CLEAN! Air in water lines which gave us bad water pressure and water smelt like sulfur! Besides that- amazing stay. Owners were very helpful and nice. Fire pit outside was a perfect touch!

Great house!

Great spot! Very comfortable, clean and set up very well for renters. Location convenient to Colgate. Owner was very responsive. Very highly recommend!
