The property was more than enough for 13 in our family. The walk to beach was about 15 mins but was a good way to get some steps in. The pool wasn’t heated so it made for a slow entrance for those not akin to cool waters. Very quiet and clean neighbourhood.

This property is a gem!!!

It was Luxurious. Lots of lighting inside and out the property. lots of space and up to date. I appreciated the pool table, outdoor pool area and living room in which I was able to catch the football game and movies with friends. Will definitely book again in the next return trip with my friends.

This property is as good as listed. Beautiful setup and staff. Oneida the on-site property manager did a great job to make sure we were comfortable and had whatever we needed. I’d definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean. Host was responsive. Location is solid. It’s a pretty good walk to Sosua (town) 15 to 20 minutes, downhill. The return is all uphill. The restaurant is excellent. It’s also about a 15 minute walk from the front door. Very safe community inside the gates. No problem walking back from dinner at night.
