Spend lazy days in a very special ambience. Our apartments are part of a 200 year old half-timbered house, which was probably built in 1813 as a French customs house of Napoleon's retinue.

With meticulous attention to detail, we have fully refurbished the property from 2011 to 2015. As our guest, you can modeled in the apartments the charm of the old, exposed truss and, the original experience Lehmputzwänden combined with modern amenities including wireless and dishwasher. Both accommodations are equipped with a kitchen incl. Refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The Haus1813 located in Erfurt's Ilversgehoven and is very easy to reach by car, by bicycle or by public transport. Free parking is plentiful. To stop Ilversgehovener's Square in 2 minutes and are with the tram lines 1 or 5 within 6 minutes in Erfurt's historic.

Wer in Erfurt beim Thema Ferienwohnung auf ein rustikales Flair nicht verzichten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und können sogar den ein oder anderen touristischen/kulinarischen Tipp geben. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung von ganz netten Vermietern.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Kreuzung etwa 10 min vom Centrum entfernt. Sie ist sehr liebevoll rekonstruiert und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Hübsche Unterkunft mit hervorragender Anbindung an die Erfurter Innenstadt

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden, ein hübsch gestaltetes, geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Appartement, in dem alles vorhanden war, was man braucht! Unkomplizierter und netter Umgang mit den Vermietern. Durch die sehr gute Straßenbahnanbindung nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt ist man in ein paar Minuten in der schönen Erfurter Innenstadt.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll renoviert worden und bietet modern eingerichtete aber trotzdem gemütliche Ferienwohnungen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Super gelegen für einen Städtetrip nach Erfurt! Gern mal wieder.
