About this property
Charming cottage in Blaufränkischland, starting point for many activities
Our charming, centrally located house (100 square meters) is located 2 min. from the Deutschkreutz Station. It has 3 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy corner seat, child seat, 1 bathroom (shower), separate WC, balcony, satellite TV, WiFi, cot, washing machine, iron, safe, independent heating and 700 sqm fenced garden with sun terrace, fireplace / barbecue area, parking and bike garage. Our guests for extensive cycling through the vineyards our bikes, including a Waffenrad and two tandem available. In the basement we have set up a separate room for table tennis and table football, separately a cozy cellar bar with a small but fine selection of different wines. On the outskirts of Deutschkreutz is on municipal land our unique, triangular and built from straw James Chapel with a fresco of the Croatian artist Milan Generalic. On the forecourt of the chapel you have the opportunity to bring to our wrought iron heart a love lock. Let the special energy that is in this place, work on you.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!
Herzlicher Empfang, wunderbares kleines Haus, liebevoll zu einem Wohlfülort hergerichtet. Wir fühlten uns Willkommen, auch für unsere mitgebrachten Ebikes wurde Platz geschaffen (andere Räder wie Tandems standen bereit). Die Umgebung lud zum Radeln und Erkunden ein, wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage bei gutem und schlechten Wetter verbracht. (Der Kicker und die Tischtennisplatte im Keller wollten ja auch beachtet werden). Unvergesslich: der realistische Sternenhimmel über dem Bett mit Milchstraße, großem und kleinen Wagen, Cassiopeia die uns nachts in den Schlaf begleitet haben. Danke für die schönen Tage!!

Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit einigen Schattenplätzen, eines mit Klimaanlage ausgestattetes Haus..........
Tolle Einteilung, gute Ausstattung, toller Ausgangsort für viele tolle Ausflüge,.....
Kleiner Nachteil: Wer keinen tiefen Schlaf hat, hört auch nachts die Züge.
