Located on the heights of Favone, 800 m from the beach, Villa Catalina 1 is situated on a private estate comprising three identical villas with a shared swimming pool.

You will enjoy a privileged location in absolute tranquility, just a few steps from the sandy beach and the activities of the seaside resort.

800 m away: shops (restaurants, pizzeria, bars, grocery store, beach items shop, souvenirs, etc.)
- Sports activities at sea, in the mountains, and on the river nearby

The villa is laid out as follows:
- Entrance hall leading to living room: sofa bed, TV (TNT), fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge-freezer, 2-ring electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, etc.
