Our modern and comfortable villa benefits from a wooded environment. Situated in a high position and facing south, you will enjoy a privileged sea view from the terraces surrounding the villa.
The villa includes :
- a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery.
- 3 bathrooms with Italian shower and toilet.
- 1 guest toilet
- 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), bedside tables, cupboard and safe & 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190)
- a comfortable living room with flat screen TV
- 2 terraces (with a sea view), equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a drying rack.
The villa is air-conditioned and has a Wifi connection.
* Additional facilities *
- Iron, high chair and baby bed on request.
- You will have access to the collective swimming pool of the residence Diana.
* Services *
- Sheets and towels are not provided, but it is possible to rent them (10 € for a pair of sheets, 5 € for towels per person).
