⭐️You are right around the corner from the amazing Tanger Performing Arts Complex. Grab dinner & go see a show! Can’t get any better!
FREE parking spot we use with our 3 condos in this building so if it is available during your stay I will definitely let you know. Free parking anywhere on weekends and cheap parking during the week.
This condo is on 3rd floor but only 2 short wide flights of stairs due to the basement level. 3 Huge windows you can raise during nice weather! So much natural light!

This is also a very safe building and surrounding area. Right across from the Guilford County Courthouse which is beautiful in its own right.

Great spot to work from & you will be able to walk to many places to eat.
Queen size comfy bed in Bedroom with a sofa bed in the common area.
Pet fee is to be paid before your stay.

The perfect getaway!

Great host! Excellent communication with an easy check-in/check-out process! It was a perfect location for our weekend getaway in Greensboro within walking distance to many restaurants! Very clean condo! The host even gave us a great brunch recommendation. We will definitely stay here again in the future when visiting the area!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay - the condo is super cute and stocked with everything you need! The location can't be beat. It is walkable to many restaurants and bars. Parking is on the street, but we never had an issue finding a spot during the few days we stayed. Vicki was communicative upon our arrival and easy to contact if we had any questions.
