For cozy winter evenings there is a modern gas fireplace and in summer you can grill on the terrace in the small garden. The hiking trails and the old toboggan run can be reached in just a few steps.   Renovated historic house with fantastic view into nature. perfect for cozy winter eves in front of the (gas) fire place or during the warmer months for a BBQ on the terrace in the small garden. Gemütliches Wohnen in traditionellem Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus Schwalbenherd sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und für Reisende mit Kindern ist das Spielzimmer mit Lego, Puzzle, Büchern und Spielen eine willkommene Ausstattung. Nur die Sonderzahlung an den Concierge-Servie hätte in der Anzeige besser kommuniziert werden müssen.

Unsere teils schlechte Bewertung bezieht sich auf den "Oberharzer Concierge Service": unfreundlich und arrogant. Die Infos zu dem Gästebeitrag kamen erst 2 Tage vor der Anreise. Da befanden wir uns bereits im Urlaub und konnten weder ein Excel-Sheet ausfüllen (aufgrund fehlender PC- und Druckerausstattung) noch den Betrag ohne Aufwand überweisen. Dieses hätte man uns bei Buchung mitteilen sollen.

Very nice spaceous house in the center of Andreasberg

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It has lots of space and all the facilities that we needed. As well it has a nice atmosphere and a lovely view. It might not be the last time, that we rent this house.
