So this beautiful condo includes complimentary Beach Service (2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 side table) from March through October each year. 4 complimentary adult size bikes, beach toys, 4 additional portable beach chairs, and a pack and play and high chair are available upon request.

Cozily nestled in the popular but peaceful neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach (in Santa Rosa Beach, right off 30A), unit 224 is located in a beachfront property, with a beach front pool and hot tub, and a private beach reserved solely for guests of Blue Lupine. You'll love relaxing on the large main balcony while enjoying the peaceful view of the treetops. The beautiful, open living room boasts a 65" brand new Smart TV, ready for you to watch the big game or have movie night with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. Between the Queen size Murphy Bed and the Queen size sleeper sofa also located in the living room, there's' plenty of additional sleeping space for larger groups.
The Master Bedroom offers a comfortable King bed, smart TV, private attached balcony with sliding glass door access, and en suite bathroom oasis with separate shower, large soaking tub, and double vanities. The Guest Bedroom includes a Queen bed, flat screen TV, en suite bath, and access to the main balcony. Double bunks in the third bedroom will have up to 4 kiddos or young adults sleeping comfortably in their own space. The third bathroom is just next to the bunk room and opens into the hall for convenient use.
This extremely well stocked kitchen with its granite counters includes everything you need for either a quick snack, or a feast for 12! We supply an abundance of dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, blender, toaster, hand mixer, measuring cups, Barbecue tools, baby/toddler plates and bowl, steak knives, etc. A Keurig and drip coffee maker will be waiting for you each morning. A washer and dryer are provided for you in the unit.
Grab your swimsuit and flip flops and head down to the beachfront pool or the private beach for some sun and sand. The beachfront hot tub is perfect for enjoying the spectacular sunsets. Reservations that take place between March 1 and October 31 will enjoy complimentary Beach Service set up for you each morning on the white sugar sand of the private beach.
No need to skip your workout if you don't wish to, as access to the onsite fitness center is included with your stay and is located in the same building as your condo.
Blue Lupine is a beautiful beachfront property, cozily nested in a very private location, right in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach/Santa Rosa Beach. Several delicious restaurants, a pub, 2 very popular ice cream and coffee spots, small bakery, health food shop, yoga studio, local pharmacy, and more are all located within 8-20 mins walk, or 4-6 mins bike ride. The property is also very conveniently located near Gulf Place (2 miles), Seaside, Grayton Beach, Watercolor (each approximately 4-5 miles away), Rosemary Beach (13 miles), and Sandestin/Destin (8-18 miles), all of which offer the finest shopping, dining, and activities in the region. The 30A area offers many outdoor activities for families, couples, and singles, including water sports, delicious restaurants, outdoor movies, children's activities, unique shops, festivals, farmer's market, live music, night life, and local state parks. A 19 mile bike path runs from one end of 30A to the other and passes just near the Blue Lupine property. You can venture out each day and take advantage of it all, or you can simply rest, relax, and recharge on the gorgeous white sand beach, beach front pool, and inside your beautiful condo.

Both Panama City Beach airport (EPC) and Ft Walton/Valparaiso (VPS) airports are approximately 50-70 minute’s drive in either direction. The drive may take longer if there’s traffic.
Complimentary WiFi is included in the condo and in the sitting areas of the lovely atrium.
Please note this condo is ideally located in a beachfront building/property and the views are of the beautiful, serene treetops - but the stunning beach views and the private beach itself is a quick 2 minute or so walk from the condo front door. Just jump in the elevator, go down 1 floor, walk down the hall and outside! Enjoy your perfect beachfront location, without paying beachfront prices!
Guests must be able to descend and ascend stairs in order to access the beach.
One car parks in the parking garage, and all other cars park in the outdoor additional parking lot (1-2 minute walk from the building). Two vehicles per reservation, but we can usually allow a third; just be sure to request in advance. The additional vehicles may pull up to the building and park in the unloading spaces to unload first before parking. Parking passes will be supplied and are required for all vehicles. Golf carts are permitted at this property, just be certain to rent a gas powered cart as there are no charging stations on property or nearby. Golf carts follow the same parking rules as other vehicles.
