Located in the secure residence ‘Les Mas de la Plage I’, just 300 metres from the beaches and close to shops, this charming, fully renovated holiday home offers the ideal setting for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Modern and practical, it has all the comforts you need for a successful holiday.

-A sloping mezzanine with a large skylight
- A double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) with a cot
On the ground floor:
- An air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine and NESPRESSO machine, toaster, electric griddle, etc.).
- One bedroom with two 80 cm beds (can be pushed together to form a 160 cm bed)
- A functional bathroom with toilet
Outside:
- A shaded, enclosed south-facing terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers. Manual awning.
- Private parking nearby.
