This rental includes a living area with kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, frying pans, pots etc.), a bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine, a bedroom on the ground floor. ground floor with 2 80 cm beds and a large fitted cupboard, a large 15m2 mezzanine with Velux window (blackout blind) and its 160 cm x 200 cm bed,
The living space opens onto a pretty sunny terrace with table and chairs as well as a barbecue and a plancha relax chair, and deckchairs.
Portiragnes Plage is a family seaside resort, with all the shops, ideal for family holidays !!

Schönes Haus mit Wohlfühlgarantie

Dieses kleine Häuschen in einer gepflegten Residenz ist ein wunderbarer Platz zum Entspannen.Man hat alles,was man braucht.Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und ist wunderbar. Vor Ort gibt es einige schöne Restaurants und Märkte. Wir können nur empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen.Christelle war super nett und hilfsbereit. Fünf Sterne .Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vendu pour le best appartement ce n’était pas tout à fait ça lits promis faits à l’arrivée pas de literie à l’arrivée. Literie pas appropriée. Surprise au départ je n’ai pas vu qu’il y avait un aspirateur donc encore des Minons après des heures de nettoyage mais l’appartement était aussi propre qu’à l’arrivée donc surplus payé de 60.- euros alors que j’ai payé 950.- euros avant l’arrivée. Honteux !!! Surtout très dommage…

Madame Desboeufs, je vous remercie pour votre charmant commentaire. Je n'en attendais pas moins de votre part. Il est évident que je m'amuse à cacher l'aspirateur tout comme les produits d'entretien... Je me charge personnellement de la propreté de mon appartement. Et entre nous, la personne qui devrait avoir honte c'est vous. Concernant le linge de lit, vous m'avez rendu une partie des draps non utilisés à la fin de votre séjour. C'est à dire que vous n'avez même pas daigné faire les lits pour dormir!!!Ce qui est dommage c'est votre mauvaise foi madame.

ein schönes kleines Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen, sehr nette Vermieterin, alles da ,was man braucht, um entspannt Urlaub zu machen, das Meer direkt um die Ecke und Bäcker etc. alles in der Nähe, wunderbares Naturschutzgebiet zum Vögel beobachten...für alle was dabei in der Familie...lediglich W-Lan funktioniert nicht gut

Très agréables séjour

Nous avons passez un très agréables séjour dans cette sympathique location de vacances. Les photos et le descriptif ne sont plus tout à fait au goût du jour mais cela n'enlève rien au charme de cette mini-villa propre et bien entretenue. Tout le nécessaire est là pour passer un agréable séjour. Portiragne-plage reste un coup de coeur nous reviendront certainement.

Gemütliches Strandhäusi für den Familienurlaub

Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus perfekt für den Familienurlaub. Ideal mit 2 Erwachsenen und bis zu 3 Kindern. (bei uns: Eltern im seperaten Schlafzimmer unten, Kinder auf 3 Einzelbetten oben/offene Empore (kein geschlossenes Zimmer), mehr Personen würden wir nicht empfehlen) Sehr gute Ausstattung, nagelneue Küche mit allem was das Herz begehrt (Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Ventilator, sämtliche Küchengeräte...) Wohnzimmer = Eingangsbereich und somit sehr eng. Wir haben immer auf der Terrasse gegessen, anders wäre es aus Platzmangel auch nicht möglich gewesen. Gut ausgestattete Terrasse mit 6 Sitzplätzen und 2 Liegestühlen. Grill nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Im Dachgeschoss kann es sehr warm werden. Jalousien sind vorhanden. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil, für Kinder unter 6 Jahren nicht zu empfehlen. Eigener Auto-Stellplatz auf verschlossenem Parkplatz. Tolle Lage des Häuschens. 5 Minuten zu laufen an den Strand. Sehr schöner Strandabschnitt. Kontakt zur Vermieterin immer schnell und auf Englisch möglich. Einziges - dafür aber großes - Manko der Unterkunft: Wlan und somit Internet funktionieren zu 99% des Tages nicht! Wer sich auf das in der Anzeige angegebene Wlan verlässt, wird verzweifeln. Wer dieses nicht braucht, für denjenigen ist das Häuschen uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.
