Your vacation rental, spread over two levels, includes: On the ground floor: Entrance hall, living room opening onto a beautiful 45 m² terrace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with its en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet with washbasin. Small utility room. Garage. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed) and a dormitory room with bunk beds (4 high-quality 90 x 200 cm beds), bathroom (bathtub and shower), and separate toilet. Outside: Large private 400 m² lot. Outdoor children's games: wooden structure, bicycles, scooter, skateboard, soccer goal, shuffleboard. Charging your electric vehicle is available: a surcharge will be payable on site. On a beautiful landscaped property of 3000 m² also including the owners' home, this neo-Breton house has just undergone a complete renovation to welcome you into a comfortable, bright and trendy interior. So if you want to discover the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, with family or friends, your holiday is all found! The youngest will enjoy meeting in the large dormitory room where board games are available. The environment is relaxing, exotic: in a residential area 15 minutes walk from the Nouelles beach by taking small pedestrian paths, pretty beach pleasant in all seasons: the dike, a place for walking, extends to the Anse de la Vierge and the Anse aux moines. Fans of large family beaches, you will then choose the Rosaires beach. Another attraction: the fishing and marina of Légué less than 3 km away. 17 km from Binic, 5 km from St-Brieuc. In St-Laurent de la mer, close to several beaches and the Baie de St-Brieuc Nature Reserve, book this fully renovated house with complete peace of mind, where everything is provided to make your stay easier!
