Whether you are looking for the beach, relaxation at the pool, golf, or family fun, this 3-bedroom, 2 full bath condo is what you are looking for. Ground floor unit is across from the pool and has a screened porch overlooking hole 4 on the True Blue Golf Course. It is fully furnished including a washing machine and dryer.

Easy access to everything including beaches, attractions, golf, swimming and wonderful meals. 5 -10 minutes’ drive to several pristine beaches. Restaurant Row and entertainment in Murrells Inlet is a short drive.

True Blue II is a relaxing, quiet community without in-unit parties.

WIFI with both local and streaming channels, internet, and TVs in the common area and each bedroom. Screened in porch overlooking hole 4, True Blue. Note, charcoal grill, on site Pool and Jacuzzi are seasonal and normally open March - September.

ENHANCED CLEANING, DISINFECTION AND SANITIZATION: Our number one priority is the wellbeing and safety of our guests. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeepers provide greater security, quality and accountability. We follow CDC health standard practices.

PAWLEYS ISLAND COMMUNITY: Pawleys Island is a very private family-oriented beach on the South Carolina coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. The beaches are never crowded. There are no big box stores or high-rise hotels or condominium complexes. It is one of the oldest vacation communities in the U.S. Families have been coming here since the mid-1700s. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks a nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year-round climate.

Pawleys Island is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit Pawleys Island for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.

Great Location

This was a perfect location for our family. Close to the town but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. It was not too far from Myrtle Beach and Charleston. The condo was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. It was very easy to get a wheelchair through the entire area. Communication was very prompt and thorough. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Oh, my goodness! We have been to Pawleys a dozen times in the past 10 years and this sweet spot is worth visiting again. So many perks!!! The owners are friendly and respond quickly. The place is immaculate and we all value cleanliness! The first floor is convenient and the pool was a delightful end to every beach day. We had everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay! The property was as listed, we didn’t get to experience the convenience of the golf course because it was closed, along with the restaurant and proshop. This is not the fault of the property owners but we would’ve liked a prior heads up. The pool was dirty, but did get cleaned during our stay. Specific instructions on how to get to the beach with public parking would be a plus.

You can never go wrong with True Blue

True Blue rentals are always a hit with our family - convenient distance to everything (food, shopping, beaches, etc.) and with a pool it makes it easier to cope with those rainy days when you want to get some swimming time in between showers. The condo is clean, spacious (enough for a family of 6), well equipped with anything you may need.

My family rented three of these condos over the Fourth of July weekend and all three of them were excellent. They each had their own swimming pool located on the property. The pools were sparkling clean and so was the hot tub you had access to over 350 acres fun, relaxation, enjoyment, and safe facilities.

We were thrilled to find a property that suited our needs as older guests — clean, no stairs, a walk-in shower, restaurants close by, pool just across from the unit, even TVs with remotes that worked! Everything was just as it was supposed to be, except that Tropical Storm Debby kept us from enjoying many outside activities, but that didn't keep us from eating great seafood and BBQ or being able to ride around the area and relaxing. Easy peasy vacation for us!

Perfect place for golf trip!

Our family (5) stayed at True Blue II Villa for a 3-day high school golf tournament. The condo was located on hole #4 of True Blue, and a very short ride to both Caledonia and True Blue. In fact, the location was perfect. We visited the beach in Litchfield (about 10 min drive) a couple times and enjoyed shelling and finding sharks teeth. Our time in the condo was comfortable. Everything was very clean, well-equipped, and nicely appointed. The recliner was the most comfortable one I’ve ever experienced…great place to relax after golf!

Quick Family Getaway

Stayed at the True Blue Villa this week for a quick family getaway. You could not not ask for a cleaner place to stay. The property has everything you could need for a stay with a family. Plenty of bedrooms and nicely spaced apart. 2 full bathrooms were great and again spotless. We were initially worried about how quiet it was and felt like it was a retirement community, however after spending a lot of time at the pool, we realized that was not the case. It was all families with children. Pool area was clean and location was great and right across from the unit. Huntington State Beach was a 8 minute drive and one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited. Check in and Out was so easy. Communication with Kathy was great. We had no issues or complaints at all. Highly recommend this property for a stay in the beautiful Pawleys Island Area.
