This spacious unit is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach or play some of the best golf courses in South Carolina. Our condo is just a few miles away from the most beautiful beaches in PI. Clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of room for everyone, our open family living room is spacious with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and washer /dryer for your convenience.
The Master bedroom features a brand new king size bed with separate access to the screened porch, and a large walk in closet. A mounted flat screen cable TV and ceiling fan! Large ensuite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom features two twin beds with a closet, ceiling fan, and adjoining bathroom.
Third bedroom features a queen size bed, mounted flat screen cable TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub/shower. This room comes with a microwave, Keurig, and small refrigerator.
The living room has a pull out couch, flat screen cable TV, and a ceiling fan. Access to the screened porch through the large slider. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. No mosquitoes there!
Full internet wifi access, cable TV, and heat/AC throughout condo.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All food and trash must be taken out of the unit. There is a dumpster 25 feet away. A few will be assessed if any food or trash is left behind.
Please wash any pool towels and dish towels. Those are ours and are not covered by the cleaning company.
Pool bands MUST be returned to the cork board. A fee will be assessed if any are missing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There will be a forfeit of the security deposit if there are signs of any smoking/damage. Parties are not allowed. 3rd party booking is not allowed.
There is 1 camera on the exterior/ front door. No cameras inside. Camera tampering will result in rental termination.
Quiet hours:10pm- 8am. Failure to abide in house rules may result in the termination of the rental. There are permanent residents close by.

Great condo, we stayed for a week visiting our daughter and family. Pool area was well maintained, safe community and quiet. Owners did a wonderful job, lots of small touches to make a cozy retreat. Great weekend getaway!

Great place, very clean, detailed info on the surrounding area, etc. Pool was one of the cleanest resort pools I’d ever seen. We spend a lot of time in the area and this rental will be on the top of our list when returning!

The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean, spacious, quiet and beautiful. We visited PI the summer of 2019 while helping a good friend move here permanently from Massachusetts. We stayed at True Blue & instantly fell in love with Pawleys Island, the condo complex, and the area! It is the perfect place for any age or interest. Families of every kind are welcome!

Our units are professionally cleaned and sanitized in between rentals. They provide our sheets, towels, & toiletries so you can be assured of a fresh, clean stay.

The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.

True Blue offers easy access to everything; beaches, attractions, golf, swimming, & amazing restaurants. We are close enough to Myrtle Beach to enjoy all the activities but far away from the hustle & bustle. We put a lot of effort, love, & planning into our dream home & we hope you enjoy your stay here.
