Immaculate Modern 3-bedroom 4 Pools, True Blue Golf Resort in Pawleys Island

Located in the award-winning True Blue Golf Course Community, this pristine top unit, with awesome views of the 10th Fairway, offers elegant high-end style for your beach & golf getaway. Located on the second floor, you will immediately notice the beauty of the tall ceilings & spacious living area. The kitchen has been upgraded to the nines with LG Stainless Steel Appliances, quartz countertops and stocked with all you could need to prep and enjoy your favorite vacation meals. Spices, oils, coffee, creamer, sugar, and a few basic necessities are all included.

All the bedrooms come with very comfortable mattresses and bedding, ensuring both convenience and comfort. Primary has a King size bed, walk-in closet, and en suite with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two double beds to accommodate up to 8 people.

The living room is spacious and very airy with lots of light. Plenty of room to gather around the table for games or watch some movies on the large television with cable. Free wireless WiFi.

Enter the screened porch from the living room and relax and take in the South Carolina sunrises with a cup of coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine. Sink into one of the chairs and enjoy the beautiful weather as you listen to birds and take in the natural landscape.

The True Blue Community boasts of a premier golf course, the renowned Steve Dresser Golf Academy, restaurant and pro-shop in the clubhouse. Perfectly located in the center of Pawleys Island, the community offers close proximity to the sparkling Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway and an abundance of incredible restaurants and unique shops. Caledonia is approximately 3 minutes away. Both courses are phenomenal and if that’s not enough, there are 6 other courses in the area to choose from. The on-site amenities are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball, BBQ areas, golfing right on site, and beach within 5 min.

1 pet allowed with an additional $100 pet fee. Dog must be kept on leash outside and you must pick up after your pet. Dog should also be crated if left alone.

Great place, very clean and good location. Check in was easy and the host was very informative. Will stay here again.( I gave the pool a 4 star, only because it was closed for the season, but it looked very nice.)

Everything was great. Me and my family had a great 3 day getaway. All the beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials you needed. I will definitely stay there again. We didn’t get to visit the other site for the pool unfortunately. The owners were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. A lot of great memories were made.
