We spent a week at this condo for a family vacation and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The condo was clean, spacious but yet cozy at the same time. Property amenities were amazing the property was gorgeous. Owner communication could not have been better . The only negative was we had to leave! Highly recommend and hope to be back at this beautiful property.

Love Love Love

We have been staying at Litchfield by the Sea for several years and going back to this same condo at Captains Quarters for 2 years now. The owners are so hospitable and if there are any issues the staff is quick to resolve. The private balcony walk up is a huge plus! We will continue to stay here for our family vacation as long as we are able to. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience

We had the best time staying here, it’s immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable! This unit is no more than 15 steps to the pool since you have your own private, secure deck and stairs. The owner was a pleasure and property is lovely, we hope to visit again and stay here soon!

Perfect getaway!

The property was wonderful! The condo was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. It comfortably slept 7 of us for a week. Only steps away from both the pool and beach! Would definitely return for future trips! Host was very attentive, responding to any and all questions immediately.

Beautiful view! Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is well decorated and well stocked. The view is beautiful. It has lots of amenities to enjoy including great fishing in the resort lakes. My older parents navigated everything with ease. We love Litchfield and would definitely return for another stay! The owner had wonderful communication. Thank you!

So Much To Love!

This condo is situated in a prime spot with access to the pool and the beach. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need. The owners communicated with us beforehand and during our stay. They left a gift card for us upon our arrival for a local bakery/market, which was such a special touch! You can tell their condo is special to them and they desire others to enjoy it. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely stay again!

I needed a stress free week and this rental was just what the doctor ordered. Check in was a breeze, pool/beach access were convenient, condo was adequately equipped and had several bonus items! The owner answered my questions in a timely manner throughout our stay. The weather even cooperated. We look forward to returning in the future.

Newell is incredibly communicative, which is appreciated. The property could use a little update. The appliances in the kitchen are certainly past their prime and don't function well. The location is nice and the overall property is good.

Relaxing get away.

Short stay but fun and relaxing. Condo did not disappoint. All we were looking for in a beach retreat. Already have reservations for May and looking forward to return visit. Wedding Weekend at Litchfield By The Sea

We loved our weekend at Newell's condo. It was extremely clean and well-appointed. Decorations were lovely and we felt very cozy there. It was steps away from the best pool at Litchfield By The Sea and a quick walk to the ocean front. The host was extremely responsive when we had a question. We are keeping the address close so we can visit again!

We especially enjoy the location, views and access.
We do a lot of cooking however we also enjoy the unique and various restaurants in the area.
We also enjoy bike riding throughout the resort and on the beach. Our grandchildren especially love the ability to ride around the resort in complete safety.
