Pawleys Island is BEAUTIFUL. Litchfield Beach has miles and miles of walking. The Low Country offers food for the eyes, heart and soul. It is a FEAST ...you will LOVE Pelican Nichee' as your home away from home.

Enjoy fun filled days on the beach building sand castles, surfing the waves, playing beach games, reading, walking or bicycling. Treat your taste buds with the delicious food at many of the wonderful restaurants in the area. Golf in the area is fantastic as well!
Beach Cabana's,Umbrellas and chairs and towels can rented through several companies' They will set up and take down.

The Views!

This was our first visit to Pawleys Island and will definitely be back! The condo was very clean, comfortable and homey feeling, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The best part are views on the balcony…amazing! We were located right above the quiet pool and the beautiful sand beach. It was great waking up and watching the sunrise on the balcony. Each morning and evening we walked the long, quiet sand beach, then spent the day at the beach and cooled off in the pool. So convenient. From start to finish, Marci was in contact with us and even provided dining recommendations. Thank you for an amazing time! Will definitely return again!

Quick Beach trip for Easter

We wanted to get away for a short trip and had a hard time finding a place that was both close to the beach and reasonable. We loved this location, on the beach, great porch, clean and comfortable. We couldnt have asked for more.

You will fall in love with Pelican Nichee' and the memories you will make in Pawleys Island on Litchfield Beach. The food is great in the Low Country. Franks, Chive Blossom, Bistro 217, Kudzu Bakery... oh, the list is big . Bicycling, tennis and golf make for fun adventures. Rent a boat or just build a sandcastle on the beach. Read that book you have been saving for some down time.
