Paget 403 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium. Nicely furnished and decorated throughout, including a comfortably furnished balcony. The balcony has a wide view over the clubhouse and cabana to the beach and ocean. Located near the tennis courts, Somerset swimming pools and hot tubs. The remodeled master bath features a walk-in shower with seamless glass enclosure. The other two bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. Amenities Include: Cable TVs, DVD, and Internet, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer. This unit has a reserved, covered parking space conveniently located near the elevator.

Beach Gear Credit Included: Enjoy a $250 weekly credit through VayK Gear for beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards delivered to your property! This program is available for rentals from 5 – 21 nights.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

Best if sad situation

Due to a death in the family I was unable to make the trip, however, my 2 daughters took advantage of the rental and loved the condo! Indoor parking convenient to elevator as was the condo. Place reported to be immaculate and have everything advertised PLUS. Look forward to being able to take advantage of this place myself.

Another great stay at Litchfield by the Sea

We have come to Litchfield for years and have always enjoyed staying at on of the condos in the Sommerset group!! Unfortunately all oceanfront condos were booked but we still enjoyed Pagent with easy beach access and big CLEAN, beautifully decorated accommodations . Will stay there again!
