Located in quaint Pawley's Island, SC, this beautiful oceanfront condominium is the perfect spot for a family vacation or couples getaway.

Enjoy your private oceanfront view of white sandy beaches, both outdoor and indoor pools with hot tubs and lazy river.

Along with pool and beach fun, you can enjoy such activities as golf, tennis and beautiful walking and bike trails. Five star restaurants abound as do places worth exploring such as Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and plantation tours. Only twenty minutes away, you can enjoy amusement style fun in well known Myrtle Beach.

The master bedroom with its private balcony, king size bed and large HD t.v. opens up to the sound of waves crashing onto the beach. The second bedroom and family room also have flat screen t.v.s with DVD players.
Exit cleaning is included for stays of 3 or more nights.

Condo was as described, awesome location for visiting Pawley for the first time. The complex is very nice , and the view from the condo is beautiful. Pool area is great as well. The kitchen is OK, for a long stay it might be a little bare bones but for a short stay it was fine. Only issue we had was in the master bedroom there are very few outlet options so it was tough to charge a phone. Aside from these minor issues, we had a great time biking the trail along 17 and visiting various sights and restaurants in the area - the condo is perfect for those activities! Would stay again.

We stayed for our 20th anniversary. The place was very nice. Our only disappointment was that we brought a dvd of our wedding to watch, and their was no dvd player as listed. But when you have an ocean view, we weren't that disappointed. We would definately stay again.

Condo was very clean. Two full bathrooms and washer/dryer in the condo were handy. Great location on the beach and good view. Overall for the price and the location, I would stay here again. We had one rainy day when I just wanted to sit and read a book but the living room furniture was not so comfortable. Neither the armchair nor the loveseat reclined. The metal headboard in the main bedroom kept banging against the wall and was not pleasant to lean against.

Stay at Myrtle Beach every year but from now on will be staying at Pawleys Island. Not bad drive to Myrtle Beach attractions but much quieter and less crowded. Lots of dining nearby and a Food Lion very close. Great view of the ocean and my son loved the beach which wasn’t real crowded

What a wonderful condo!! It is beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and has amazing views from the master bedroom, living room and balcony. It has everything you could possibly need and convenient to terrific golf courses and wonderful restaurants. The check in/checkout process could not have been easier. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a condo on the beach!!

Very nice and well equipped accommodations on the bean with a pool view too. Enjoyed our stay, went up to Brookgreen Gardens and down to Georgetown. Very conveniently located.

Location is perfect. Check in was easy and host was very responsive. Coffee and supplies were thoughtfully provided. Bonus: the non-king bedroom had its own air conditioner, perfect for our family that can never agree on the thermostat setting!

Host was accommodating, the property is not updated, so beware like a previous recent listing if your looking for a completely updated unit this is not it and you lost likely won’t be happy, for the age of it it’s in ok shape with normal wear and tear, view is great, if the owners update they will have a luxury condo. I think the title is a bit deceiving on that.

The location is perfect, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool was conveniently located as was access to the beach. The beds in the condo were comfortable, and we appreciated our balcony overlooking the pool. The condo could use some updates, including dishes and cups which were sparse and chipped. We needed more specific directions about the correct guard house to use and for the keypad on the front door. The host was response when we contacted her with a problem. This property was one of the most beautiful and relaxing we have ever experienced.
