Super nice resort. Very clean unit. Loved the screened in balcony with large wrought iron table. Spent the evenings eating dinner out there and playing cards.

Litchfield is as beautiful and relaxing as it always was. This unit was spacious and clean, plenty of room for our family. The downside was the beds- the mattresses were absolutely horrible. If they had a star rating for the beds, I would give it a zero. Change the mattresses and put some actual blankets on them as the coverings that were there are cute but provide no warmth whatsoever.

Thank you so much for the review! This is the first comment we have had on the mattresses. A monthly winter rental is currently staying through February, and we will certainly follow up on this as well as the need for blankets. Thanks again!

Great vacation spot for families with small children - the grandkids loved the pool and playground. Also loved riding bikes to the beach. Wonderful beach access area. The grounds around the resort are beautiful! Check in could have been easier if they would have given us the condo unit number. We got there after their office hours around 5pm and realized when they sent the check in door code they did not include which unit. We had to call the Litchfield resort front desk and thankfully they had the info. The room was very spacious and plenty of room. The sofa and chair were comfy but very stained and probably needed to be replaced. The mattress in the first bedroom was very uncomfortable. There were so many light bulbs that were out in every room including the kitchen that had three can lights above the bar and only one was working. The frying pan was not usable. I had to sweep the outdoor porch and get all the spiderwebs down. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were horribly stained. Also, the air vents had black mold on all of them. Loved the condo but really just needs some updates and someone who cares. Needs some TLC.
