Beautiful property and very clean. Only difficulty was one upstairs shower had low pressure and no hot water. But the other shower worked fine. Area was very nice - recommended by family as a nice area to stay. Lots of places to eat and shop just minutes away. Easy access to Vulcan, UAB and interstates. Nice, quiet area. We loved it!

Overall this was a great property. Close proximity to shopping and area attractions. We were in Hoover for baseball and it was an easy 15-20 minute drive to the metro complex. Kitchen was well appointed and appliances were new. Very simple process to check in and out. Thanks!

Easy location for shopping at The Summit and at other high end boutiques. Appreciated the privacy and on street parking directly in front of the townhouse unit in a small development with easy access to Hwy 240. Enjoyed the courtyard for coffee and evening cocktails.

This is a great place tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Hwy 280 but does have quick access to the shopping and restaurants.

This lovely townhome is very clean, spacious and bright. It is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, including The Summit which is only a few minutes away. Downtown is about 20 minutes. The area is very quiet and safe. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the kitchen is very nice and updated. The hosts provide the basic supplies like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. which is very helpful. It could use a few more dishes, particularly coffee mugs, and a little extra seating in the living room would be great, but neither was a huge deal and we would definitely stay again.

This house was AWESOME. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was no problem getting back and forth to the airport which was 17 minutes away. I would definitely rent this spot again,

The interior of the home was generally clean, homey with only slight staining on the carpets and rugs. The downstairs air conditioning worked well, but the upstairs remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay.The kitchen was nicely updated, but the bathrooms were outdated and not very functional.The biggest disappointment was the back porch and balcony. They were so dirty that we couldn’t use either space. There were spider webs everywhere along with layers of dirt and grime that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. When we contacted management, the response was simply that the housekeeper could come sweep. Unfortunately, a quick sweep would not have come close to addressing the condition of those areas.Overall, communication was slow, and the solutions offered did not resolve our concerns. Based on our experience, we will not stay at this property or book with this management company again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. When you contacted us about the back porch, we immediately offered to have our housekeeper remove the leaves, pine straw, dust, and spider webs. Because it was approaching the weekend, we were unable to arrange pressure washing on short notice. As we did not receive a response to our offer, we were unable to schedule the housekeeping visit. We also asked for additional information regarding the air conditioning, as we only knew the home felt warm. Without further details, we were unable to troubleshoot or determine whether service was needed. Regarding the showers, we explained that they are standard condominium-sized showers, which may not have been ideal for someone of your son's height. To ensure you had the best possible experience, we also offered a full refund for any unused nights if you chose to check out early. We did not receive a response to that offer until Sunday. We value every guest's feedback and always strive to address concerns promptly and provide the best experience possible.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a clean house. However, here are some improvements that would be good: 1. replace bed in master-it is squeaky when you turn over while sleeping. Replacing it with a King would be great.2. The sheets in the 2nd room are scratchy-replace them with same brand that's in the master.3. Kitchen-needs some help. The inside of cabinets need to be cleaned and old shelf liner removed as it is dirty.4. Something not in your control, the water pressure was weak in the showers.
