There were a lot of bugs. Big and small roaches along with spiders. When it rained there was a leak in the kitchen. The home was not well insulated. Cold by the air vent warm and humid 3 steps over. The host did send pest control. I was also able to park my trailer on the street.
The owner was very communicative and helpful through out our trip.

Pets were welcome and there is a yard area for them to go out under supervision.House is a bit further from main areas than we anticipated - our responsibility as we were not familiar with the city before our visit.Bathroom is very small.
I had a wonderful stay in this charming, unique little house in Birmingham. The outside space was private, and lovely, and I was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again when in the area. The renter was extremely accessible and helpful. Great experience:)

Our stat was okay but the musty smell was one of the biggest issues. There were a few deck boards were broken, the lawn wasnt cut, and the shower faucet was leaking behind wall. I did report to the host and she responded quickly to address. The neighborhood was a little sketch, but no issues.
This home is great, well furnished with everything you need. Feel like cooking and staying in - all you need is your groceries, plenty of cooking utensils, gas stove, fridge, and more. Plenty of space in the living room, and dining. Host had all the great touches including family games, books, bedding, towels, and more. We were arrived early, and the easily made accommodation for us to check in early. Lots of greenery, and a beautiful pear tree in the back. Thank you!
