This splendid apartment, combining the spirit of a mountain chalet with its old wood walls and the modernity of a new residence, is located on the slopes in the heart of the Praz de Lys resort.
In close proximity to the resort center, restaurants, shops, a mini-market, and entertainment. Its location and amenities make it an ideal accommodation for a family stay.

It is composed as follows:
An entrance hall with storage space opens onto the 26 m² living room. The living room, with its bay windows, features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you could dream of. The open-plan kitchen opens onto the living room, which leads to a 7 m² north-facing terrace offering magnificent views of the village and the surrounding mountains.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, stovetop, extractor fan, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and more. The living area features a sofa, TV, ADSL Wi-Fi, and a Bose sound system.
The apartment also features two double bedrooms (160x200) with storage (cupboards), one of which is en suite with a shower room, as well as a cabin with single bunk beds.
A separate toilet and a separate shower room with a washer-dryer.
