Located in a quiet, tree-lined Gainesville neighborhood, you’ll be approximately 7 minutes from the University of Florida, 4 minutes from Downtown Gainesville and a short walk from the historic Duckpond area.

The spacious kitchen is stocked for real cooking, with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, cookware and dinnerware. Choose from a Keurig, drip coffee maker or French press, with complimentary coffee and tea provided.

Our favorite part of this property is its amazing location, in an up-and-coming neighborhood super close to downtown and the historic district. Lush greenery and beautiful oak trees with Spanish moss abound in this area, making the neighborhood feel so peaceful and secluded despite being in the heart of the city. The quiet streets are great for strolling and there's a great park nearby with a playground, baseball fields, and a dog park.
