Pristine Bass Lake Lakefront Home

Pristine lakefront home on the north shore of beautiful Bass Lake; spacious and tastefully decorated to resemble a luxurious mountain lodge. The Lakehouse is located in a desirable vacation destination, just a about two miles from the Pines Village. The home features many great amenities including, private lakefront hot tub and 4 hole putting green.

Renters will have access to all the amenities at the Pines Resort, including the seasonal outdoor pool, activity center, tennis courts and more.
*Absolutely no smoking inside the Lake House, smoking is only permitted outdoors (please dispose of these items safely)
*Tuesday mornings is the trash pick- up, please make sure any and all cans with trash are out if you are here. Dispose of all trash in the locked cans. Failure to remove trash from the home will result in an additional cleaning fee or $100. (Please be sure to lock the dumpster to deter wild life from the area.)
*Kitchen items used during stay are to be washed, dried, and returned as found at check in. Please hand wash or you may use the dishwasher. Any dirty dishes left behind will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100
*Place soiled towels in the laundry room or bathroom. We would greatly appreciate if you would remove the sheets from the beds slept in during your stay and place them next to the bed
*Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Keep outside noise down at all times. Disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
*Maximum occupancy for this home is 8 guests: please do not exceed this amount. (request to vacate and/or additional fees may apply)
*NO PETS ALLOWED! Violators will be asked to leave forfeiting entire stay
*Check out is 11am. A late check out is not offered for the Lake House. No exceptions. We have scheduled housekeepers that must be able to begin work on time. We appreciate your cooperation
