Gite raised on 1st floor of a 18th C house next the owner's home, on a property 1 km from village center. Lounge area/living room, kitchen, bedrm 1 (1 bed in 160x200 cm), bedrm 2 (2 beds in 100 cm), bedrm 3 (1 bed in 110 cm), bathroom, wc. Included electric heating, Tv, beds made, towels provided, final cleaning on request, enclosed area to keep motorbikes. Shared grounds, private area, garden furniture, bbq, parking, enclosed heated shared swimming pool (8x3.5 m) from june to september. Surface area : 110 m². TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Canal du Midi (locks), Béziers (cathedral, féria in august), Oppidum d'Enserune, AOC vineyards (St Chinian), near Aude department (Narbonne...).
