Electric heating, washing machine, TV, bed made, final cleaning on request. Enclosed grounds (300 m²), furniture, barbecue, parking. Surface area : 60 m². TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Pézenas (city of artistic interest where lived Molière), Servian (medieval village, fortified 12th C church), cirque de Mourèze, Villeneuvette (former royal factory), Agde (Greek city), Sète (fishing port, Mont St Clair).
