2 levels gite in a 18th C house next another gite and the owner's home, set on a property of 8 ha, 1 km from village. Ground floor : lounge area, dining room / kitchen, wc. 1st floor : bedrm 1 (1 dble bed), 2 bedrms (1 bed 160x200 cm in each), private showers/wc for each room. Included electric heating and air cond. (on 1st fl.), TV, beds made, towels provided, included final cleaning. Shared grounds, private area with garden furniture, parking. Shared heated swimming pool (8x3.5 m) from may to september. Surface area : 128 m². TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Canal du Midi (locks), Béziers (cathedral, féria in august), Oppidum d'Enserune, AOC vineyards (St Chinian), near Aude department (Narbonne...).
