Excellent Location
Enjoyed the access to the many wineries and the LBJ exhibits. Older home on a noisy road but the white noise machines did a good job lessening impact. Owner was easy to deal with and, when house wasn't ready, compensated us for the delay.

Christmas 2023 Stay
Great place to stay and so close to so many things to do!! The Christmas lights at the court house and at the gas company were amazing!! The wrapped trees at the gas company were stunning!! Easy jump off for all the wineries on 290 and easy drive to Fredericksburg but, were trying to figure out if we need to go there or just hang out in Johnson City. Johnson City is such a nice little town and so much more is there in just the last few years! Great place and we would come back again! Thanks!

lots of problems, uses the same code for front door lock!!!!!
Getting in the house was difficult every time. The lock on the door was so hard to get to open. The scariest part was that the owner doesn't change the code for each guest!!!!!! The code is in the laminated info that was in the house, so I know she doesn't ever change it. That is HORRIBLE and very dangerous! The house is dark, not a lot of lights. I was lucky that the weather was warm because the heating units in the house were so scary looking, t hey were old. The house is on the main road next to a gas station, not a great location. The house was clean and nice size rooms. It was filled with interesting very eclectic decorations.

A Wine Marketing girl fell in love with a West Texas Grape Grower/Farmer & eloped in 42 days. Thus leaving her cottage in the Hill Country. When we're able to get away from the farm we return to visit winery clients, discover music, sample new eatery's and breath Hill Country air. Until then we would love for you to be our guest.
