Location that is incredible! Explore the beautiful Hill Country and all it has going on from our charming 2/2 home. Centrally located to Wineries, Breweries and Distilleries along Hwy 81, Hwy 290 Fredericksburg to Dripping Springs. Enjoy nature by visiting Enchanted Rock for hiking, LBJ homestead in Johnson City or explore the Texas White House and decommissioned airfare one located off Hwy 290 in Stonewall. Kids will love a visit to the Wildflower Farm, Exotic Animal Park, Children's Science Museum or the local Pedernales River!
Complete renovation, everything is clean and new. The Bluebonnet Haus is fully furnished to make your visit complete and stress free. The master bedroom has a king size mattress, walk in closet and en-suite. The guest bedroom has a queen mattress and large closet. Both bathrooms have linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryers. Relax in the living room on the sofa sleeper or love seat while watching Netflix, Prime or Disney+ movies. Whip up a meal in the kitchen stocked with pots and pans, silverware, dishes and bakeware. You will also find an accumulation of spices and oils. Coffee pods and ground coffee are provided along with sugar and creamers.
Only a walk from downtown Johnson City if local flair is your desire. For additional fun challenge your family or friends to a game of darts, beer pong or ping pong located in the garage. Or, simply pour a glass of wine and enjoy the outdoor fire pit or quiet-time on the enclosed patio.

Beautiful Home and fun for kids

A very lovely home was great for our family of four, including two kids. Great location to many sites in the Hill Country. It was well furnished and had plenty of bath and kitchen amenities. My kids enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pit and playing darts/table tennis. Would have given 5 stars except 1) didn’t have a hot tub despite being listed as the first amenity and 2) wish the home had a charcoal or gas grill

Super cute

Lovely property, nicely decorated and fully stocked with everything you can imagine even though we didn’t use any of it. Great location to walk to the town square for the light show.

My husband, Nick and I are the former owners of The Bluebonnet Haus in Fredericksburg where I was a super host for providing great accommodations and tending to my guests and property. In July of this year, we decided to move our residence to Johnson City where we are surrounded by wineries, parks and wild animals parks. The town is fun and very centrally located to Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth, without all the regulations.

We look forward to hosting you and your family/friends at our newly renovated home.

What makes this property unique

Quiet neighborhood, roaming deer and horses at the end of the cul-de-sac. In the city with a country feel.
The large garage is perfectly suited for our game room. Our two bedrooms provide a king and queen bed with luxury linens and two bathrooms stocked with toiletries and plenty of space to get ready for your day out. He sofa sleeper provides accommodations for extra guests.
