Apartment Wöltge

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and was completely renovated and refurbished in 2017. It has a size of approx. 31 square meters and can accommodate 2 people. On request, an extra bed on the couch in the living area is possible for another person. For the additional bed an additional charge of € 25.00 will be charged, which is not included in the rental price
and is payable in cash on arrival. The apartment is kept very open, the sleeping area is optically separated from the living area by a small wall. The garden can be used, seating is available. A covered bicycle parking space is also available. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the suburban area in the south of Potsdam. The city center is approx. 4.5 km away and easy to reach by bus and train thanks to the good transport connections. Rehbrücke train station is a 15-minute walk away. From here you have the option of taking the regional train to Berlin. In the nearby Waldstadt Center you will find good shopping opportunities. There is a large supermarket and some small shops.

Comfortable studio flat with garden area

It was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was ideal for using public transport (bus or tram) to get into Potsdam and to then get the train into Berlin. From the flat to the centre of Berlin was about an hour in total. There is a large supermarket (Kaufland) within walking distance. There are several apartments in the property so the garden area is shared with other guests, but there are sufficient seating places available for everyone.

Comfortable apartment

The apartment is clean, quiet and reasonably well equipped and there’s a lovely (shared) garden with a table and chairs. It is very comfortable - the sole (relatively minor) drawback is that the space between the bottom of the bed and the wall is tight. It’s about 7 minutes’ walk to the tram stop and about 10 minutes by tram to the centre of Potsdam, which is beautiful. There’s a large supermarket about 10 minutes’ walk away. Owners live in the adjacent house.

Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, gefühlt am Waldrand und doch in der Stadt; mit einem kurzen Fußweg sind verschiedene Straßenbahn-/Buslinien erreichbar; Stellplatz vor dem Grundstück; am Tag der Ankunft war die Heizung bereits an, so dass wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt haben; wir würden dieses Quartier weiterempfehlen

Hier kann man sich erholen. ich war zu einem Kurztrip in der Gegend und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Blick aus meinem Ein-Zimmer App. ging ins Grüne - wunderbar. Ist was für Leute, die die Ruhe mögen. Möbel und Wohnung sind wie neu. Ich kann die Vermieter ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen.
