Two-story apartment in a house. Independent entrance via the terrace with a few steps. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, bathroom (shower), separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm). Washing machine shared with the owner in the basement cellar. Private parking space under a shelter. This cottage combines comfort and conviviality with a blend of modern and traditional features. It features a beautifully fitted, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen. A small living room offers a warm and cozy atmosphere. Two large bedrooms upstairs. There's a small outdoor space on the balcony-terrace. Gîte in a village house in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails start from the accommodation. In winter, the Aillons 1400 family resort is 21 km away and the Savoie Grand Revard Nordic area is 26 km away. The Iles du Chéran leisure center with supervised swimming is 12 km away.
