Top property on St simons island

This is a fantastic property, like new construction with a pool great for kids. Tons of seating outside and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay here very much. We had four kids who all bunked in the same room.

Spring Break

Our only complaint is that we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was just as pictured, better in person in my opinion. Our kids loved the pool, putt-putt, and bocce ball court. The house was gorgeous, well stocked, and super clean. The location was perfect. We had the best trip and cannot wait to come back.

Enjoyed our time

Enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment. House was clean and cozy. Teenagers loved the pool and outdoor space. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Location is good, was easy to get to beach and pier/shopping. I would definitely return.
