The home features 4 massive composite decks with breath-taking views and a fishing dock which is great for loading and unloading passengers on your boat. Semi-private beach and bay access as well.

With 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, this home has an open concept and is very comfortable and can sleep up to 16 with ease. This home offers a large open living room, dining room and kitchen (with Keurig) for entertaining. 5 King master bedrooms, all with water views, 1 King sofa sleeper room, 1 bunk bedroom (with 2 sets of twin bunk beds) and a bedroom with a full sized bed.

Beach house was nice. Easy entry, clean for the most part, just the floors needed washed badly. Great distance to bay and gulf, fun games in basement for kids.

Thanksgiving Family Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 7 adults and 3 children stayed for a week. The house is spacious and very beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed and large. Very convenient access to both the beach and to the bay.

Beautiful home

The home was well equipped and the owner stopped by to show us how to properly work the elevator. Beach access was close and the bay was near with a fabulous Pier. Very pleasant stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please, please put towels bars/hooks in this home! There is not one place to hang a towel. Two of the sleeping areas did not have any window coverings. The outdoor gas grill has a missing flame shield that makes it very difficult to grill on. No mats at the doorways for sand control. We were not notified ahead of renting that this home is for sale and when a showing was scheduled PBH did not respond to our text that a different time would be more convenient for our party of 16. The broker was upset and we had to deal with that. Check in on Saturday night was impressive as well as the Sonic ice machine.
