Relax with the best views Duck Key has to offer. Enjoy the sunset relaxing on the patio overlooking the marina. If using Hawks Cay Marina, this unit offers the best location.
The SPACE:
You'll have the entire villa to yourself. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, queen beds in each room upstairs and a queen pull-out sofa located downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking necessities, and linens/towels are provided. There is no boat slip with this villa; however, one can be obtained from Hawk Cay Marina. Make sure to book your slip as soon as possible.
GUEST ACCESS:
The Majestic Marina Villa in Duck Key is not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort.
Our guests do not have access to the hotel-owned amenities including the Coral Cay children’s center and hotel pools. However, any resort amenity that is open to the public will be available. Amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, a full-service marina, Calm Waters Spa by appointment and Fitness Center available to spa patrons, Dolphin Connection by appointment, tennis, parasailing, fishing charters, boat rentals, and a variety of water sport equipment rentals such as kayaks, paddleboards and more.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
No trailers of any kind are allowed on this property or in the parking lot. Unassigned parking for 2 cars is allowed.
***The unit is privately owned and not a part of Hawks Cay Resort, therefore our guests DO NOT have access to hotel-owned amenities including their pools.
Dock slip reservations can be reserved through Hawks Cay Marina. The unit does not come with a slip.

What makes this property unique
The docks are only 30' from the rear steps of the townhouse. not to mention watching dolphins in the morning while drinking coffee really does change your whole day :)
