Great communication from owner. Weather had been bad in area before our arrival with bad winter storm. They communicated great about all aspects. From making sure we were still coming to letting us know all needed details. They were also very quick to reply back if we had any questions

In town for a concert

We were in town for a concert and this property was close to the stadium. It met every expectation we had. All of our friends loved it and the rooftop deck was amazing!!!

Great house- area a bit sketchy

We LOVED the house!! It was perfect for the girls weekend we had planned. Plenty of space to hang out! However, the area around it was a bit sketchy. As we arrived and unpacked, neighbors (men) on both sides watched us. We stayed two nights, and on the second night there was a domestic dispute from about 2AM-6AM. A woman intentionally blew her horn for hours directly in front of the neighbors house. He screamed, threw stuff, slammed doors, etc. This literally went on for hours. Every person in our house was awake and nervous. One other piece of info to be aware of: We left Airpods on one of the beds in the upstairs bedroom by accident as we were leaving Sunday. Upon arriving home (Atlanta) and realizing they were missing, we tracked them and they showed that they were still in the house. I contacted the owner who was very receptive and said the cleaner would be contacted. I am sure the cleaner was contacted, however, the Airpod location was tracked as the cleaner left and took them along with him/her, meanwhile saying that they were not found:( Honestly, this place was amazing! The space, decor, ease of renting, etc could not have been more perfect (except the bathrooms need trashcans:)! It is unfortunate that the surrounding houses are a bit scary and that the cleaner was dishonest:(
