Individual chalet on 3 levels comprising on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a laundry room (with freezer and electric shoe dryer), a sauna, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 4 bunk beds 90x190 cm), a bathroom (shower and WC). 1st floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, wood stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm on the mezzanine in the eaves with access by a ladder, not recommended for children under 6 years old), separate WC. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 cm which can be combined into 1 double bed 180x190 cm) opening onto a balcony, a mountain corner in the attic with television (1 convertible sofa for 2 people 140x190 cm), an attic bathroom (bath, 2 showers and 2 sinks). Total floor area: 160 m² including the attic areas. 3 terraces, carport for 1 or 2 cars depending on size, private tarmac parking, land. On the mountainside, overlooking the village of Hauteluce, the chalet is located very close to the Chosal chairlift which connects to the Saisies/Espace Diamant ski area. A free shuttle 1.5 km from the chalet takes you to the Saises resort and its famous Nordic ski area, or to Hauteluce 1650-Val Joly linking the Les Contamines-Montjoie ski area. In summer, the 800 m² gently sloping terrain will delight children to frolic in this natural space. A breathtaking 180° view, from Mont Blanc to Grand Mont, is this panoramic landscape that you can admire while sunbathing or having lunch on the southeast-facing terrace. Depending on the season, you can choose one of the two other terraces to fully enjoy your stay.
