SMALL HOLIDAY HOMES WITH TERRACEYou live in a semi-detached house of approx. 49 m², which extends over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room and the bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room is equipped with a cozy sofa, 2 armchairs, a flat-screen TV, dining area and the kitchenette (2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc.). The living room opens onto the furnished south-west facing terrace. Here you can relax in the beach chair. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The whole apartment can be darkened with exterior blinds. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial equipment. Final cleaning included! Non smoking! 1 parking space. Bicycle parking. Washer and dryer available for a fee.
