On the 1st floor: a bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and 1 90x190 bed, a bedroom with 3 90x190 beds and a bathroom with WC. Gas heating: 100€ per week in winter. Beautiful exterior with enclosed garden all around the house. Many activities nearby: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), the Sioule gorges, the Menat bridge, the Fades viaduct, the thermal baths at Châteauneuf-les-Bains,… Shops and services 2 km away .
