Dear Guest, You can expect a cozy 74 m² apartment in the 2nd OG of our house. The family friendly, tasteful Non smoking apartment in a quiet location has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and a complete kitchen. A seating and barbecue area in the garden invite you to linger. The ice rink, athletics and swimming pool, the Steigerwaldstadion, the state parliament, the IHK and the Thüringenhalle are within easy walking distance. With city bus / tram you are fast in the old town and at the train station (on foot about 20 minutes). Breakfast and bread service as well as WLAN on request.

Kurzurlaub in Erfurt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr in der Ferienwohnung genossen, wir waren zwar nur 2 Nächte in Erfurt, aber die Ferienwohnung sind sehr gut ausgestattet, also auch für längere Aufenthalte zu empfehlen. Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet und sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und Anbindung zur Stadtmitte per Bus und Straßenbahn super. Die Vermieter wohnen auch im Haus und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder

Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir hatten dort einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt um drei Prüfungen zu schreiben. Die Eigentümerin hat uns eine kleine Karte mit Glückwünschen geschrieben und Schokolade aus Marienkäfer beigelegt. So eine Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit sieht man selten. Hut ab!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Super-Ausblick

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Erfurt verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Einfamilienhaus und hat alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht: eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein super funktionierendes Bad und angenehme Räume. Sie ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar, auch wenn man noch Extra-Wünsche hat. So konnten wir bei dem schönen Wetter draußen im Garten grillen. Vielen Dank für die entspannte Woche.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist super für einen Ausflug nach Erfurt. Frau Kowalski hat uns überaus nett empfangen, uns die Wohnung gezeigt und hatte auch allerhand Tipps für uns parat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Tipp top sauber ist sie ausserdem. Dafür nochmal ein ganz großes Lob an die Vermieterin. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive und bekommen hier auch eine Erwähnung, da sie uns positiv aufgefallen sind. Sehr gute Qualität, da fühlt man sich als Gast wertgeschätzt. Einen Bäcker findet man gleich um die Ecke. Der Bus bringt einen in kurzer Zeit in die Innenstadt, aber wir haben den ca. 20 minütigen Fußweg bevorzugt. Ein ganz gelungener Wochenendausflug nach Erfurt. Und noch eine kurze persönliche Anmerkung, nochmals einen riesigen Dank für den Blumenstrauß, der als Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag vor der Wohnungstür stand. Eine bessere Gastgeberin kann man nicht finden.
