CKA072 is on the second floor and has a view of the sea from one of the two balconies. CKA255 is on the top floor with a minimum ceiling height of 90 cm and balcony, also with sea view. They offer you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. In the garden is the common barbecue. You can get to the sea in a few minutes on foot. The nice house owner will give you tips about beaches and other things. Selce is a resort on the Crikvenica Riviera and the promenade goes all the way to Crikvenica.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit hervorragender Terrasse-Balkon und super Lage zum Zentrum und Strand. Auto kann man sicher im Hof abstellen, da u.a. das Tor abgeschlossen wird. Die Wohnung ist modern und sauber und von der Terasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick und kann dort auch die Musik von den Konzerten im Zentrum gut hören. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas schwach aber ausreichend. Leider ist im Schlafzimmer aber nicht noch eine Klimaanlage, weshalb es dort etwas stickig ist, da die Anlage aus dem Wohnzimmer nicht die gesamte Wohnung abkühlt, sondern nur das Wohnzimmer. Geschirr ist absolut ausreichend und sogar darüber hinaus vorhanden. Man findet alles was man braucht. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden und daher zu empfehlen.
