Welcome to "Seabbatical"! Come live like a local in this home-away-from-home where you can relax your days away in this quiet beachside neighborhood! Calm grey and white decor with an open floor plan gives this space an open and clean modern look. The bedrooms are bright with a king bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom. The home is well appointed with towels, linens, utensils, etc. The backyard is fully fenced in with space to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The beach is a short 5 minute walk down the street! Flagler Ave and 3rd Ave, home to many local restaurants, quaint shops and bars are just a short drive away. It's a perfect getaway that is sure to please!!

Nice but expensive

For the most part we enjoyed our stay at Seabattical. We stayed here because our home was flooded by Hurricane Ian, otherwise, we would have not been able to afford it. We felt like the house was extremely overpriced for what you get. The beds are excellent. There is no ceiling fan in LR which is strange for a Florida beach home and unless you have an account for Hulu or Netflix, etc. there is nothing to watch on tv. At the beginning the WIFI was very poor and we had to walk around the house to find a good signal and it’s not that big of a house. We also found out that the router had been blocked so I was not able to use my printer to get my work done. The back yard has a lot of debris that needs to be cleaned up: pallets and palm tree debris laying on the ground, fence has a lot of green mold on it. The no seeums were terrible and we had to keep the back door closed to keep from getting bit most of the time. The yard is in desperate need of attention, lots of dead patches and weeds; a spray service for bugs and weed control might just do the trick. The gentleman that takes care of the grass was SUPER nice. The shower spray is weak and the drain is very slow and does not close so you cannot take a bath. The washer and dryer are very nice; however, the light in the laundry room was out and never did get fixed.
