Come stay in this newly renovated home! Pet friendly with a fenced in yard and two car drive way for your convenience. Located 4 blocks from the center of Old Colorado City, and minutes from scenic Garden of the Gods! For your comfort this cottage has a double size bed, and queen sized hide away bed! Also, the kitchen is stocked a microwave, oven, fridge, along with necessary eating/cooking utensils. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are hard wired for your safety. Property in a great location, very close to garden of the gods. We did have a few problems, there was no toilet paper or trash bags for us as well as some of the information in the check-in book was out of date.

Wife and I really enjoyed our stay here for a birthday weekend. Place was the perfect size and kitchen was stocked well for at home meals. Location was great too, being so close to a lot of the city amenities we attended. Host was amazing and was quick to help respond to any questions we had! Would stay again when visiting Colorado Springs!

Great communication with the host. Had a couple minor hiccups in which the host took care of right away. The stay was comfortable. Could have used a better clean before our arrival. Great location. Simple house, a few minor things (doors hard to close, front door has large gap letting air in, no window coverings on door and kitchen window, laundry door not functional) but all in all worked great for us. Cute place in an awesome location.

Perfect for a short stay. It was exactly as listed. However, the front door having a huge window with no curtain is a little off-putting; you can see right in. The towels also need to be replaced; they left blue fuzz everywhere. And there were small gnats/fruit flies in the bathroom. Otherwise, it is a good, cheap vacation rental experience.
