Great house in a nice location

We enjoyed our stay at this house which is in a great location, within a few minutes walk of both the intracoastal and the beach. The house was nicely decorated, towels were new and soft, and the beds were comfortable. Family members stayed downstairs, and especially enjoyed the large and nicely landscaped back yard.

This paradise home is the perfect place if you are looking to relax with your entire family. Each unit has living and dinning areas, a 2-bedroom,1-bath, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Our home has great amenities so you and your family can feel right at home. Enjoy the outdoor space which includes seating areas, a hot tub, a grill area, and a fire pit tailored with you in mind. The four bedrooms with queen beds have smart T.V's., two full bathrooms (shower and tub/shower combination), two fully-equipped kitchens, and dining/ Living areas with T.V. and large sofas. There is balcony space that wraps around this upstairs area! Free Wi-Fi internet connection! Parking is available on-site. There is no street parking at any time per Volusia County policy. Bikes and beach equipment are available for guests only.
The nightly rate does not include cleaning fees, taxes, or other fees. Please follow pediatric guidelines on the use of the hot tub with children. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times. New Smyrna Beach has 17 miles of pristine, white, sandy beaches and it is considered one of the hottest vacation spots recently. This paradise home is located on a private stretch of the beach so the only sound you'll hear is the ocean and the crickets.
There are two national parks surrounding us on this coastal barrier island. Our home is located 20 minutes south of Daytona Beach and 45 minutes away from Orlando Parks and close to Cape Kennedy and St Augustine. The sandy coastline gives you access to surfing, kayaking, fishing, boating, and manatee or dolphins watching. There are golf courses nearby, historical and cultural sites, and many more places that are ready to be explored!
