Fantastic Stay

Property was exactly as described. Location to beach was great, pool was beautiful, owner was SUPER responsive and accommodating, and loved the different areas for relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place to enjoy a stay in a Florida beach house. One story (no stairs) with plenty of sleeping capacity (4 bedrooms) and bathroom (3 and 1/2), and a private salt water heated pool surrounded by palm trees. Great patio area with fire pit and grill. Short walk to the Silver Sands no-drive beach (a quiet section with no condos).

The idyllic seaside city of New Smyrna Beach is largely off the radar for tourists, providing newcomers with a wealth of drinking, dining, and ecotourism opportunities without having to compete with the crowds found in Florida's more frequented cities.
